 CWS Advanced Technology Development & Production Procedure:

CWS Advanced Technology is a collection of unconventional manufacturing processes that require every product to have engineered processes carefully planned and controlled.  Changes in materials, climate, machine, process or feature may require re-engineering, so control of all aspects is essential.

No Sew Development Requirement:

Ø      Actual fabric light and dark   2 yards each color.

Ø      Actual zipper if possible color wise.

Ø      2 week required for test completion (If first glue trial works well then 7 days if 1st trial fails then 15 days required for test purpose).

Ø      If any other accessories or fabric need bonded feature than required those item accordingly for test purpose.

Ø      Buyer technical sheet or buyer guide line for feature development.

CONSTRUCTION WITHOUT SEWING (CWS)

C.W.S (Construct without sewing) is a modern and research oriented garments manufacturing company which maintains its own identity while being a part of Young one. Due to relentless dedication of the dedicated family members of this organization it is now becomes the largest CWS (Construct without Sewing) manufacturing plant in the world. It is founded in the year 2000. The company was primarily engaged in extensive research for four years with a view to invent the latest technology of garments production and commercial operation was commenced from 2004. It is worthwhile to note that CWS is the most profitable organization among the industries of Young one .The major product of the company is Jacket, Vest, Jog Suit, Jacket Padding/Down, Skiwear, Rainwear etc. which are directly exported  mostly to North America, Europe & and Some to Asian & African Countries. Major buyers of CWS are Tnf, Nike, Timberland, Land’s End, Aigle, Lafuma, Scott, Obermeyer, Polo, Puma, L.L.Bean etc. The main production plant and development center   of the company is located in CEPZ and it has also branches in Korea, China, and Vietnam & El Salvador. CWS provide greater comfort for the user, fresh new tools and new looks for the designer, improved, lighter weight garments, more weather-resistant, precision fit and finish. Production support facilities are Heat Press, Heat Process, Ultrasonic Line Bonding, No Sew Down, Die Cut Lamination, High Frequency, External Narrow Tapping, Ultrasonic Cutting, LASER Cutting, Ultrasonic Slitting, Sonic Label, CAM Cutting and Water Proof Zipper Lamination.
